Atkinson v. Allstate Insurance Company (Catawba County District Court 2018)

Plaintiff client verdict against insurance company for unfair and deceptive trade practices, breach of contract, and attorney's fees

Joyce Judy v. Robert Schacht 5:11-cv-189 (2014)

    Summary judgment in million dollar federal case granted to defendant client on all claims against him. 


Rink & Robinson, PLLC v. Catawba Valley Enters., LLC, 725 S.E.2d 426 (N.C. Ct. App. 2012)

        Trial court verdict for client affirmed.  Statute of limitations did not bar client’s complaint for money owed when defendants induced the delay by their own representations.


 JOMA Sys. v. GKN Sinter Metals, Inc., 2007 U.S. Dist. Lexis 79184 (W.D.N.C. Oct. 10, 2007)

        Granted motion to remand to state court when the amount in controversy requirement was not met from the face of client’s well-pleaded complaint.
